Development of a Digital Strategy and Content Creation

🔍 Context and Problem Statement

Since 2014, we have been managing the social media pages of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (Paris Office). These pages are ranked first in Asia according to the social media ranking of tourism offices*.

Our collaboration with TAT now includes the development of a comprehensive digital strategy, the creation of engaging content, as well as the organization of contests and special operations. We oversee a dynamic community of over 100,000 fans, reaching more than 1.5 million views per month.

Recently, our partnership with the Tourism Authority of Thailand has expanded to include the management of social media pages for the Dutch and Belgian-Luxembourg markets. In addition to managing social networks for these markets, we handle the management of the dedicated website for the Dutch market and the sending of a monthly newsletter.
